Sculptor Kelly Graham and his wife Donna have resided in Weatherford, Texas for over fifteen years where he sculpts works in progress at his 100 acre spread. His studio is designed to give him ample opportunity to study and capture each life-size horse he portrays. Kelly's clients have given him that opportunity by actually leaving the animal that is

being depicted in clay at his studio for months. He is very proud of his portrait sculpture of some of the most famous horses in the business. "Some owners know their horses characteristics as well as their own child, so as an artist keeping the subject on site is an important requirement to really get a good rendition." Horses have been the big dominator in his success

but Graham has captured anything from life-size coyotes and dogs to famous individuals. His trophies are in big demand on the cutting horse circuit and he sells editions of 30 of his tabletop size bronzes. Kelly says he is always excited and curious about the "next" project around the corner.
